here is a speed run of Starfall Alyssa's Adventure, a game i worked on as a sophomore at digipen institute of technology. Since there was only one character I was the only animator. I was required to do basic cycles and transitions for the main character. It really showed me the proper workflow for doing game animations. There were a few challenges, like the lack of animation blending, and general inexperience in the production pipeline. Even with the few problems we had I'm still glad I got to work on this project, it was a good experience.
Here is the walk cycle I did for the Juggernaut, He is the main boss for Lumen Lacuna, a game that I worked on last year. His main characteristic is that he has one really big arm which made it a lot of fun to play around with the physicality of the character.
Here is the final I did for my animation class freshmen year, I animated the samurai on the left and Chase Lawhead animated the Samurai on the right. We both stuck to just silhouettes to keep the animation clear and simple.
I haven't uploaded anything in a while, so I decided to update with some character designs I did a while back. I plan on putting up my animations soon, after all this is supposed to be an animation blog haha.
